Prof. Daniel (Dani) Cohen is the Acting Head, School of Public Health in Tel Aviv University.
Prof. Cohen specializes in Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, and serves as the Chair of the Middle East Consortium on Infectious Disease Surveillance (MECIDS).

Mr. Kfir Israel is a Cyber Engineer with many years of experience in system engineering and leading technological projects in the Israeli National Cyber Directorate and in the Israeli Air Force. Kfir holds a Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and CISSP, CISO, CISA certifications.

Dr. Ringel is a senior strategic and financial consultant, specializing in government budget allocation process and national security. Dr. Ringler served as a senior financial adviser (Col. Res.) in the Israeli Defense Forces.

Colonel (Res.) Segall is a Crisis Management specialist, with extensive knowledge and experience in disaster preparedness training, emergency plans and Mass Casualty Management.
