HFC Shual Program is Israel’s National Command and Control program for crisis management, and its main C-DSS. Developed for the Home Front Command the Shual program allows both strategic and tactical management capabilities at times of crisis - including war, natural disasters and pandemic. It serves not only the HFC HQ and forces, but also local authorities and other first responders and emergency services.
